With 25 years in HR, change management, and organizational effectiveness (OE) roles, Kate O’Brien is an independent HR consultant focused on designing and implementing elegant people interventions and HR systems that allow employees to thrive and companies to achieve their goals.
Kate holds a B.S. degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University, and an M.S. in organizational psychology from William James College.
